yeah but the whole site just feels different.i usually only log on long enough to check my messages and maybe reply to a couple of threads and then i find something else to do

Hiya Pol! Howtheheckareya? How about you? Staying busy? My summer has been a roller coaster ride. Busy then dead. Turning down jobs then desperate to find something to do. The icing on the cake was a few weeks back when I got burned on a job to the tune of about five grand. I don't think I'll be doing any jobs for THAT company anymore.

With everyone worried about this non-existent "recession" the market sure is goofy. Looked at a house today for a roofing/gutter job. Poor woman doesn't have any idea what is on top of her house. It'll be a $20,000 nightmare she can't afford. And so it goes.

Yeah, this widow lady has two layers of shingles on top of hundred-year-old cedar shakes. It HAS to be replaced - it's leaking. But I don't think she can afford it. So how's the wood cutting business?

I had a tree drop on my knee (branches) this spring. I am out of the woods. It sucks!
