Well when I ran over my cellphone with my car (yes, on accident)I lost all my friends & family's number. I got a few back that were in the phone book. But anyone who had a cellphone number...they could not call me (broken phone) and I couldnt call them. I lost some good college buddies numbers that way. I ran into one by luck and here they thought I snubbed them. That I quit calling...and when they tried calling me it was disconnected.

People change cell phone numbers for only two reasons.
1) To avoid bill collectors. 2) To avoid people they don't want in their life anymore. I think you know which one applies here. |

Is it silly to assume that you have other means of contacting this person so you could ask them yourself?
