Actually what happen in the past is the past. And unless it will create a problem in the future leave it in the past.

But... now with that said I don't believe in avoiding questions your partner wants to know about you. You should feel at ease with them enough that questions of the past should not bother you.

But....nor should the past be something a partner digs into just to find something. To me it is as if they are looking for something.
