sad frown died today at the young age of 28. He had a massive heart attack and had been in a coma and on a respirator. He died at 2pm this afternoon. We were all very close, like family. I am so upset and don't know what or how to react besides crying. How are you ever ready for death?

I'm so sorry!! flowerforyou

You aren't ready for it, even during a long illness you have some time to prepare but it's different once it happens. You and your friends will be in prayer with me.

My heart goes out to you and your family and his family.flowers

Myself I just went to my Aunt's funeral today and it was only 2 months ago I had a cousin that died of a massive heart attack.

Death is never easy to deal with.

I wish I could say the hurt will go away. But... the truth is you will always hurt it just gets easier to deal with it within time.

God Bless you all and crying is good but we must remember the good times and realize they are no longer in pain.

With his condition he was in at times we must realize they would not want to live there life like that. Even though it is hard to understand.

Just remember he is still in your heart and will always be with you.flowers

flowerforyou  Awwwwwww sweetie - I'm so very sorry----people are NEVER ready for death, especially the death of a loved one, and it is PERFECTLY ALRIGHT TO CRY.......Everyone MOURNS in his or her own way, and every one GRIEVES in his or her own way, and each process takes its' own time, and NOTHING is ABNORMAL..........

Please make sure you and your loved ones get plenty of rest, at least enough liquids (you probably don't feel like eating, but at least take fluids, preferrable non - alcoholic )----people will offer to help----let them, it will help you and your families, and it will make them feel good to do so.

My deepest sympathies and prayers to you and your families...flowerforyou
