Topic: Slow Scroll

I reformatted my computer a little while ago. This is the first time that I have had it online since the reformat. And it scrolls REALLY slowly. It is jumpy not smooth at all. Anybody know what the problems is? And how to fix it....

check your mouse settings. might be set wayyyyyy slow. Might be a web site too...mine does that on MSNBC always

try your control panel, there's settings in there for scrolling.

more than likely its something to do with your video... are your video card drivers loaded? more importantly are the correct drivers loaded?

try your control panel, there's settings in there for scrolling. Thank you, but that did not help at all.
