thank you for all of the advice.......the sugar and water put her to sleep and i called the help line and they said that the pain meds may not be strong enought or her body may have gotten used the them...so our care nurse came out and gave her a tiny shot of pain meds and she is asleep and well thank you all so much..........and i finally got my break thank goodness for home health care
