Well after 35, you run the risk of all kinds of birth defects. Some women have had babies just fine after that age, you just gotta be careful.

when you no longer wish to have anymore or when it would medically be dangerous for you or the baby. For me.. I want to fully enjoy the children I already have and I do not want to be collecting social security when my child is graduating HS. I want to be around to see & love my grand babies.. and God willing a few great grand babies too

Well after 35, you run the risk of all kinds of birth defects. Some women have had babies just fine after that age, you just gotta be careful. You have a point.

i just got the feeling like 7 years ago soon after my last daughter and went and got fixed. i am 45 now and i know i will not find a girl that wants me to have children at this age.i guess you just feel it in side.

I agree however I had one at 40 OMG suprise no birth defects (her father was a freak of nature) just early by two months weighed 3lbs 4oz all is good growing like a weed.

You eggs will start to degrade slowly after 35 years of age. A man's sperm does not have the same issue. It doesn't mean you can have kids but you should be aware of the problems and how you will deal with such things as downe's syndrome.
