Only when I think about the two most painful events in my life. The death of my son and the death of my husband. Against those two events my life has been wonderful.

My past was a living hell. I'm surprised i'm alive to talk about it now. But i refuse to dwell on it for too long or else I'll relapse into depression. The past can only hurt you if you let it, otherwise, shove it back in the cage and throw it in the closet =)

Only when I think about the two most painful events in my life. The death of my son and the death of my husband. Against those two events my life has been wonderful. {{{ Iam }}} Same here. For me it is more about that these memories tap into what we were feeling at THAT period.. it is hard to recall those days & nights without FEELING the pain. The death of my daughter and my fiance... thinking ABOUT them is fine .. it's recalling those days when they passed... hard to do that without reliving the hurt. |
