They take judging to a whole other level. I mean it's great to believe in the Bible and follow it as best they can, but they take it WAYYYYYY too far.

When
A Religious Spirit instead of The Holy Spirit is in Operation..... it breeds HATE instead of LOVE. When a religious spirit takes over(which happens when a spirit of Error is also present ), the Holy Spirit is no where to be found. The church then becomes just a Dead church... moving on its own DEAD "power", and not on God's Power.. Cause God's Power is no where to be found. God said, "the battle is the Lord's..not man's " |

Just wanted to add.....
when I mentioned the spirit of error and the religious spirit in the earlier post, I was not referring to the Baptist brothers and sisters in general. Some of the kindest people I know are baptists....some of my friends are baptists...and I Love them all dearly.  Compromising the Word of God, opens doors for a spirit of Error to enter in...and allows for other spirits also to enter in..like a religious spirit for instance ,or a spirit of hate... along with a whole hosts of other spirits ..... In order for this to stop,, one must stop compromising the Word of God.and deals with the Sin that person is compromising ,or covering up , and making his own pardon and excuse for. As christians,we need to pray for one another...even for those who have fallen into error. |

Of course you are right Morningsong, just as you usually are I would just hasten to point out that some would say that if you love your fellow man you will tell him that what he is doing is a sin. As far as I am aware no one has had violence done to them by the Phelps family rather the Phelps family have been the recipients of violence.

To protest the funerals of soldiers, homosexuals, and so many others is unforgivable in my eyes. They have told mourning families who are already in pain that their loved ones are going to hell for defending our country or loving someone of the same gender. These are sick, twisted people who seem to enjoy causing others pain. And it's disgusting that they drag their children along with them and put them in potential danger. They should go on with their own lives and seek to praise their Lord, rather than attacking the "faults" of others. |
