The Mayan calender ends in 2012. What do you all think will happen. Some think it will be the end of the world....o0o0ok sounds cultish. Will it just be an outdated calender. Or dose it really mean anything? That is the date that our sun reaches the galactic equator of the Milky way Galaxy. It is the crossing over of our solar system to the other side of the galaxy. This is the lighter side of the galaxy and there are more stars there. The tilt of our galaxy is different than the tilt of our solar system and it is believed that our solar system was captured from another galaxy billions of years ago after a collision, and the Milky Way galaxy is now in process of "adopting" our solar system. That is why they do not tilt (revolve) at the same angle. Some say that the earth could be in danger of a solar flare from the sun at this time due to the gravity involved. A single solar flare, even if it does not engulf the earth, could knock out all the electrical grid. No more cell phones. No more electricity. No more Internet. That is, if we even survive. I don't know if anything will happen, but I'm hoping I am here to see it. JB |

Or dose it really mean anything? We are going to go through another long-drawn out campaign to determine who will run for president on the Democratic and Republican tickets. |

Or dose it really mean anything? You got it all wrong. The Mayans said that all of this has happened before and all of this will happen again. |
