Does it irritate you when you talk to someone and they have food stuck in their teeth? How do you handle this, do you tell them hoping that it doesn't embarrass them or say nothing and hope that it disappears? What if you don't really know them?

I'm blunt, I just say "hey you have a huge hunk of something green and maybe alive hanging on your tooth."

I'd probably say, 'hey, ya homie ( ), I know what you had for lunch.'

I say, "hey, you've got a little something stuck in your tooth" and then I point in my mouth so they know which tooth it is... whether I know them or not.
