bars are open here on sundays too.......what I think they should do is have it in the grocery stores here. Buy bread, milk, sugar, booze, lol. problem is.... they wont have state funds and the state wont have control of all the extra money they charge for the taxes lol.... liquor is more expensive in the states where it is sold at the liquor stores. the extra goes to state funds... so they will never change back here lol... greedy peeps lol yes.....its all govt run here.....but I loved the fact that while I lived in SF I could buy groceries and liquor at the same place and I found it so cheap!!! You wouldnt believe what we pay for a bottle of wine here!!! i bet your smokes are what 9 bucks a pack? I buy cartons........$66 a carton at the moment but had to switch to a cheap brand. Im not sure what a pack is now.....its cheaper to buy by the carton. Damn 66 bucks a carton!!!! Geeez , I pay 24 bucks

Should Liquor stores be allowed to open on Sunday's? The biggest supporter of this law is Bars and Restaurants because if people were allowed to buy liquor on Sunday's from a liquor store they wouldn't go to the bars. For the record I rarely drink liquor but I vote yes. Yes, I never did understand why they didn't.

Beer and wine sold in grocery stores,,, I'm a bartender, they drink at home and come to my bar to be "social" then pick up a 6 pack on the way home from the grocery store Win/win
