Yes, that way it could be taxed and we could use that money to take care of the stoners, why should the dealers sell w/o paying taxes.

tough call... it has so many GREAT industrial uses as well as medical. id say yes but too many people would be prone to abuse it rather than use it to its full potential.
 perhaps if the public was "properly" educated with the "real" facts about MJ it wouldnt get the rap it does or be classified as a class 1 norcotic...

My vote....yes I actually wrote quite a few references and sent them to my representative in Utah. It was a pretty good paper consisting of somewhere around 10-15 pages of notable references from several college institutions in the UK and Canada. If you do your research on THC you will understand there is little if any ill side-effects from it. Oh and I'm all for it, and as if you couldn't assume I do smoke.
