you didn't get burnt did you? you need to make sure you drink lots of water, gatorade, or other liquids.. but not pop.. that makes it even worse..

No, no burnt thank God. I was cleaning a house, and the A/C was turned off and there were guys there painting, and people ripping up carpets. It was like a major over haul, and I was in it for 5 hours. And I didn't have anything to drink at all until after I got out and drank two bottles of water in one chug lol.
