You can get rid of it through meditation, therapy or a hella big dose of medication!!! Just add alcohol......and weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

You get it out and talk about what's bothering you or it'll just fester forever and be buried under tons of emotional ash over the years and then you'll be a big nutcase and then you'll have to pay thousands of dollars for meds or a shrink to talk about what you should've talked about before it got that big.

You never get rid of it...you learn to cope and deal with it.
Depending on the cause there are a multitude of ways to help try to cope... ~talking is a must, find a great listener - (it is not as easy as it sounds) ~journal ~vent ~remember the stages of grief - they aren't just for death ~go to Goodwill, buy the cheapest set of dishes they have, break them one by one to deal with anger ~stand on a ledge or bank of a lake with a handful of pebbles, give each pebble a feeling or emotion you need to rid yourself of as you toss it away, it's cleansing ~be patient with yourself - there is no set timeline for 'getting over something' ~be kind to yourself ~pray - whatever that means to you ~find your creative outlet - gardening, music, art, painting, sewing, writing... ~one step at a time, two steps forward, one back ~time - as much as I hate that, it does heal and if that doesn't work, I still know people that know people that can take care of that for you Mirror! |
