This guy walks into and up to a Bar and tells the Bartender to give him 10 shots of Tequila. So the Bartender lines up 10 shot glasses and fills them all up with Tequila. So the guy proceeds to slam all 10 shot's: one right after another until they are all gone.

The Bartender looks at him and says "Wow, what was that all about?".
The patron tells the Bartender "I just came from my 1st Blow Job"
The Bartender smiles and replies "Congratulation's" and as he fills up one of the shot glasses with another shot of tequila and he says "IF that's the case then, have another shot on the House"
Looking confused the patron say"Why, if the first 10 shots didn't get the taste out of my mouth then another one won't help"
