than the united states in 2025. how do americans view this? Not even close! They are not even a 1st world country! They have a large military but their technology can hardly compare to ours. I dont see them being able to do much more than manage to maintain a deterrent force! |

The current situation in the economy is just part of a cycle. Prosperity can't go on year after year. The economy goes through cycles. It always has and always will. The good news about oil being so high is that this might be the catalyst for new American ingenuity and development which will once again create a booming economy.
