not a vegan personally, but three of my good friends are. I usually just convert whatever it is that they want into vegan creations, not all are winners, but tofu and seitan are wonderful things. have you tried tuno yet? I want to, but I can't seem to find it.

Also Portebello Mushrooms are even better...I use mine in EVERYTHING including fajitas...I actually eat pretty well happy

Most people probably think we do not eat much...we eat a lot...we just do not have many choices...like in this commercialrofl

I just don't understand how people can be vegans. Its got to be pretty hard, going against our nature and stuff. It could really help in building ones character though.

It does:O)

I learned sooooo much about myself and I have a new confidence I have never had before....It gets easier the longer you are one...and fellow Vegans are awesome...we have potlucks, recipe swaps, and whenever I travel I rarely pay for Hotel...we tend to let each other crash at each other's house, or we can stay dirt cheap in Vegan Bed and Breakfasts.

I have to say....that I believe man has the empathic nature (science says so)and a logic and reason that allows us to move beyond "Just our nature"...into a whole new level of intellegince and insight, the instinct of empathy is what seperates us from the other Hominids within our species....

I am very happy..I get all my nutrients and I am rarely sick anymore...sooooooo

But this is not about what is in our "nature" this is about swapping recipes and maybe having some fun.....

Any Vegetarians if no Vegans??

No problem..

I have some friends who Hunt for their meat...they refuse to eat the Factory Farmed stuff...so they do not eat meat all the time and eat only certain kinds(Deer)..so they always ask me where to go...for Supplemental food.

BTW, you might want to be careful...somehow wild game have been catching a form of "Mad Cow" Disease (another sad outcome of factory farming)...so just be careful out there.

Various reasons...I am in Philly now....and I do not like it...but graduate school is the reason I stay

I am an outdoors girl at heart....maybe one day I can go and see...I have always wanted to see all the Canyons, River and Views that compromise AZ, NM and Nevada...perhaps Canoe down the Canyon Rivers.....
