I looove this site..some great ideas that are fantastic substitutes www.vegweb.com I make the best Spaghetti with Faux meat and tomato sauce....and french bread with Smart Balance (Vegan) Butter....simple, quick and a HUGE hit

Yup!! LOL They are fun to make..I made them with my nephew and he loved them.... I can also make Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies, stews and they have truly Yummy "Marshmallow" treats

I'm at the top of the Food Chain (Well as Long as I'm not in the Ocean or Around Bears and Large Kitties) so I eat All Things. and I like to Try New Stuff. I tried some Macrobiotic Crap a Few Years ago and it was Horrible, but I've Had some Pretty Good Soy Burgers and Tofurkey.
