I was talking to this guy and he told me after 2 weeks of talking to me that he had been talking to someone else too. He claims he had feelings for both of us and wanted to see where it was gonna go. My trouble was, he never mentioned her in the beginning...he waited 2 weeks. Needless to say, I told him we could just be friends. He is still pining after the other girl and not getting very far!

I wouldn't fault him for that. Nothing wrong with continuing to look until something serious clicks. I'm sure you don't expect him to shut his profile down after talking to you for just two weeks. At least he told you, that's a good sign. I'm honest with women I date. They know I'm searching and the grown-up ones understand and don't make a big deal of it. The ones who would get upset are the ones I wouldn't see again.

I do fault him because he said at the time he wasn't talking to anyone else. Honesty is the BEST policy in my book!!!!
