It depends. Sure knowing that men find you worth flirting with is always flattering, but there is a time and place, and there are limits to how much is acceptable in both.
The most annoying thing to me is when someone openly flirts with you in front of your partner. I will tell them it's disrespectful no matter how innocent or friendly it is meant to be.
