AFter one has seen what a cancer survivor or caretaker has seen, you really do learn to appreciate life. My husband was 6'2 and ended up at 118lbs. Sick, so so sick every single day all day the last 3 months, at times nothing but blood. Depends garments, and a host of other images that I won't even paint. Some people fight with everything to win that battle yet still lose it. It is one sure way to see what is important, and what is not.

Sadly alot of people do not realize how preciouse life is. I sure do...

I know things like that make one really appreciate what life is all about.

Wow .. it is so true. We have to keep life in perspective. *sigh* God is good .. so good to me and my family .. I appreciate every breath I take. Ohh how true we should all step back at times and look at what we do have before us. I know we all have lost loved ones from time to time but...even with that it is not what we have lost but......what we still have before us now the ones we can share a smile or a hug with and tell them we love them. 
Every day I appreciate life more ... we just take it for granted .. |

Yea, I definately know how precious life is..
