Ralph's brand yogurt called "Carb Masters". 80 calories and 24 percent of the daily protein. They are delicious.

3 net grams of carbs. I don't know if that is good or bad for your diabetes but just because it comes from Ralph's doesn't mean it isn't good for you. :smile:

personally...i like strawberry and peach...recently had acai/pommegrante and it was really tart...blueberry is good too...it's kinda thin...really good in the morning...

A lot of the doctors are recommending the South Beach diet and I believe it is safe for diabetics too. I don't know if you can do the protein powder drinks as a meal substitute, but that may work as a meal replacement once in awhile. Most people I have heard of who started the South Beach Diet lost weight on it. It is pretty rigid, low carb, high protein. You need to check with your doctor to make sure, but it has been working for a lot of people. Atkins too, but I hear it is even more rigid and harder to stick to. So the docs like the South Beach diet better, their patients are sticking to it better.

Here's another suggestion:
Sex and dancing are two of the funnest ways to lose weight. Grab a date, go dancing and get some luvin'. If you do that every night I can guarantee weight loss.
