If someone you don't know and have not talked with via mail or on the forums sends you a Friend Request, do you think it would be rude to 'decline' his request?

Nope...I decline all the time especially if I have not talked to them. How do you know you want them as a friend if you never talked?? JMO.

No why would you want to add someone as a friend with no contact? Sorry don't think it is rude at all
