what is it that is within us which does not let us be free and happy?
what is that part of our psyche which we still don't have control over that does not allow us to grow as human beings?
what is that bad experience in our lives that keeps pulling us down?

Personally, my lack of patience with others and myself. Plus, it's very hard for me to be humble. Probably, I also need to learn how to be softer with people in the way a say things to them.

Life is a journey in which we need to discover all those kind of things that cut our wings, and work with them one thing at the time. In that way we will grow as human beings.
We will be more able to love ourselves, family, friends, co-workers, and anybody who interacts with us at anytime.
