for the sake of arguement.. lets say that you were talking to/flirting with someone on the forums.. hadnt botherd to check their profile yet. intended to.. just hadnt gotten around to it yet...
after a few days/weeks of flirting with them, you remember that you wanted to read more about them to see where this could go.. and first line in their profile it said...
"im aucutualy 17.. but will be 18 in 7 months"

Actually a young girl just sent me a message and her profiles says that she is only 17 right now. I had a feeling because she looked very young in her photos. But she only wanted to say that she liked my snake bites, so no harm done. Now where are those cougars?

i dont know about that.. honestly.. we have all been taken advantage of young or old..

age restrictions are tricky. you know Parental Advisory labels
and whatnot. did you ever see an R rated movie underage? when i started drinking, i would have a beer or a glass of wine - go to the bar once a week or couple times a month. have a couple of ice teas. i was 18. when i was 19 they changed the law to 21. so now going to the bar as i had for a year was now illegal. it seemed extremely stupid. had to register for the draft but couldn't have a glass of wine with dinner without breaking the "law".

some people are more mature at 12 than others are at 23.

this is true and i do agree.. but looking back.. was it ok to break the law when you were underage...

i look back.. and i think how immature i was.. yet i was more mature then than most of my friends are now...
and if the 12 yr old is so mature.. wouldnt they know better than to break the law.. or the governing rule..

(im being specific here as in some states it is not a law that she cannot be on here.. but in some it is.. however.. in any event thereis a governing rule... and policy enstated by the admin)
