The Course

And when in the course
Of human intent,
I will say mine.
This heart is drenched.
The hollow answers
That could be filling,
Are but a thread
Of a pride unyielding.
All of that
Which should be savored,
Is thrown away
By angry labors.
Admit, I do.
There is my guilt.
Intense debate,
I often wilt.
Each we own,
The right is ours.
Correct in only,
A sorrowed scar.
Truth is absolute, agreed.
Love will blind,
As hatred breeds.

The inspiration of this is from Gemini's, "Condemnation Of Reason". The intensity of her conviction and Abra's response as well, is tremendous. Very heart provoking in light of the world we live in.
