Right here in my apartment during a blackout during an ice storm with my 3 kids for 3 days it would have been 5 days but we bailed and went to relatives who had power & heat.

I agree with the ER.....had 3rd degree burns to my hand......waited 4 hrs, some guy sliced his arm accidently and had a tourniquet and they were gonna make him wait.........
