He was cute..then his attitude made him ugly as mud. okay on a scale he started out 8-9 but when I had to leave him..he was about -1000

Mine was a knockout at first, and when I'd proudly show my wedding picture to others, the comment was always, "She's beautiful", and I'd respond, "Inside and out". The last 6 months of us living together was survival issues only, minimal contact and take care of business and avoidance of all personal discussion, so, ended up a 0 too, but I was probably a 0 in her eyes too. Realisticly, I'm challenging to live with but we get good with bad in every relationship. These days, it seems more important to rate myself as a person, husband, bf, instead of her. In the end, I'd have to say I've learned to become a better friend to people who don't yet have the capacity to be one and that alone was probably worth the time spent with her, and what all of the tests that I didn't exactly get to study for did.
