... when someone passes gas, sometimes it smells and other times it doesn't? Anyone have some suggestions? The stinkiness comes from the presence/absence of something called "Methyl Mercaptan", which is what makes farts stink. The more MM, the mo' it's gonna stink. The less MM, the less it's gonna stink. Eating stuff with beans, onions, some meats, and some alcohols will cause the intestines to produce more MM, which will result in some stinky explusions. wow you sure know a lot about farts. I learn so much on JSH. love it
