I see there is a coffeehouse chat for christians in the religion forum. Well now we have a coffehouse chat for everyone who wants to talk about religion.

You can be atheist even and state your reasons, non religous but spiritual, naturlist, deist, agnostic, muslim, buddha, hindu, voodoo, hindu, mormon, or whatever.

You can teach your methods of prayers, meditation, contemplations, give blessings!

Whatever you do send love and peace while you are at it.

This is a nice idea, It sounds good. But I fear that if you bring people
of different religions together you are going to have a lot of arguments.

Could be very interesting though!

It's just a shame that by the time I manage to get on JSH (or whatever it's called these days) I'm too tired to enter into much serious philosophical debate

It could happen if everyone uses positive words and beliefs on each other.

I am sure each religious book has something good to say in it and even those who don't believe have wisdom to share.

Yet you maybe right in the long run as humans in general always tend to fight with each other all the time.

It was fun for a while but then it fizzled out.

Here is something to debate.

Should wedding licences come with an expiry date?
I mean, if you are that stuck in a rut, and cant be bothered to get your butt down to reaffirm your vows, then your marriage becomes annulled!

I think it could be a great idea. It could make stale marriages alive again. You keep marrying every 5 years. lol

If it ever became a law then perhaps it would be required to change "Until death do us part" to "Until the next 5 years" when marrying! lol

just maybe it also a great way to seperate from someone if you don't love them anymore without having to pay huge amounts for the divorce procedure.

I am sure there are also reasons why it would be a bad idea.
