It really don't bother me that much. I just wanted to hear some opinions on this. I figured somebody that has used that line would come here and explain what it means to me.  Don't understand why you're not one to be picked!!! |

cause i say what i think and most people cant deal with that ****...even
if the truth hurts...because i have my opinion and ill fight about it most people dont bother....people want someone to agree with them and im not one to agree just because its what someone wants ya-no? ive been alone too long to try and make someone else happy besides my kids and myself...but im really a good person...really...lol tonya |

not into you in 'that way'. Maybe she really respects your character; maybe she just saying it that way 'cause she doesn't want you to dislike her. |

I've had to use "you're a good friend" a few times with girls I liked as
friends, but would never get romantically involved with. Context is everything. Sometimes it can be a statement of support: "You know something, you're a really good guy." Or it could be more along the order of: "You're a good guy. I'm looking for a great guy." I think I would probably ask for some clarification....!

I have recently been told "you're a good guy and I'll never find someone
as great as you are." She didn't want to face up to the feelings she was developing for me.It happens to all of us at one point.  Time to move on. |
