do you get generic or brand name meds??
in the uk, were getting ****ty generic meds, and there not as good as brand name meds. |

I honestly believe that generic meds are just as good as the brand name meds. If you look at who makes the meds..its usually the same company

ive spoke to my doctor about this, and he said generic meds are 30 percent less affective, he said the generic meds are cheaper thats why there using them. |

My meds usually come in a baggy and the alley is always too dark to see if they're generic or not.

If your Doc is telling you there is a difference, he's part of the problem. There is no difference.
If you feel like the brand name work better than generics, that is probably because your Doc said they did and it's the placebo effect.

Debbie, I've noticed that, too, especially with regard to my Mom's generics. Once with one for me, too, a few years ago. They may have the same KEY ingredients, but they may use other ingredients as well, so it's not the exact same makeup and can therefore have a different effect, or less than the Rx effect. WEIRD!!

no its not, generic meds are cheaper, so theres got to be some catch, if there was no difference, why change to generic?? the only way to get brand meds is to pay private. |

WEIRD!! brand name meds are stronger and they lasted longer. generic meds are less effective. i agree with what your saying.

I just know that in some countries doctors have visits from salesmans which offer them vacation packages and other gifts for prescribing their company drugs to the patients.

So do you only buy Bayer aspirin? ive never used aspirin, i cant, ive got gastritis i saying ativan brand name works better than lorazepam which is generic. |
