It could mean that. It could also mean that they intend to message you later and are just busy at the time. I get lots of views and few messages so dont worry too much about it.

 It would be nice just to say hello when you view someone's profile, I try to when I view someone else's.

For starters to even think about opening your profile to learn more about you, they MUST have been attracted to your picture Perhaps after opening, the age, distance played a factor in not messaging you. <thinks positive

There are as many reasons to why someone views a profile as there are people - and then some!
