I'd want something way cooler and more personal than flowers, which are dead and will continue to prove it with each passing moment. IF I DO get flowers and he knows me at all, he'll give me simple white and purple daisies, preferably mixed in a live plant. If it were me. flowerforyou

Although a flower bouquet is a lovely sentiment, it is the thoughtfulness, inspiration and sincere gesture behind the action that is the most appealing!flowerforyou

exactly, a man sent me flowers once and I really didn't know him. While I thought it was nice it kinda made me unsettled.

you never want to get them roses they die to fast, get them long lasting ones so everytime a woman looks at them they think of you or who gave them--works for me

It would not matter to me, I like all kinds of flowers and the thought alone is all that would matter to me.

A small posie of traditional flowers, highly scented and totally natural...not wrapped in plastic...no gawdy red bows...just a simple piece of string...I would be more impressed if he grew them in his own garden flowerforyou

I agree flowers die and would prefer something else such as dinner or even a quiet night at home cuddled up watching a movie. However, I am not going to ruin someones surprise and say you shouldnt buy those the die. Its the thought that counts. Friends can even buy friends flowers just to let them know they are thinking about them, it doesnt have to mean love.

I feel the thought means as much as the item. A single rose from the garden for no reason says to me that the man is thinking of me and wanted to see me smile.
