Hey Miguel good post man,,and words can destroy some people as there so very hurtful to them..
I have tried my best to stop other drivers from giving out their prejudice words of hate, to any man or women they feel is their hate..But still the same way as it was 30 years ago...
And kids can be affected with a feeling of hurt as they grow hearing put-downs by family or caretakers..

I always remember what my sociology professor said on taking offense: It takes to people for offense to occur, the bigotted fool that says the wrong thing, and the biggoted fool that becomes offended.

That's not entirely true, because I could say the most cruel, vile, evil, bigotted, rascist, and demeaning thing every uttered, and if no one became offended, then actually it was none of those things. I think it might be more true that hatred is breed in every heart, but when you feel it because words have hit a chord, you are very apt to let it out.

Yep, words don't hurt, we only give them the power to hurt us.
