With gas prices I sure have! But I only have a 2 bedroom house so that just isn't an option for me right now ....

I have a 3BR house but the whole town knows I'm hard to get along with.

I have considered it but I like my privacy. I am not sure I could share...

Thought about it. But decided there is only one person I want to share a house with.
  And is of the opposite sex.

I did it, I have an extra bedroom.......but I have known this kid and his family since he was 10. Now he's 20 and in college at ASU here in Tempe and he is a great kid. Its a pleasure and a privilege to help him out and the $300 a month he and his family pays has made a very positive impact in my financials....
So its been win win for us both.... |

I did this to help out someone in need. They stole my truck wrecked it and then refused to pay for it. I got stuck not only for my truck but the damage she did to the other person's vehicle. Never again~

Nope. I have an extra bedroom and will rent to a woman though. I hate the company of men. I go to sports bars and cringe at the topics. Men are beyond boring to me. (Not all but 95 percent is close enough).

With a roomate, you would have to expect their company too. well i did have 2 roomates one time that i never talked to and it was just weird....i like the situation now cause she's my best friend and we have good times but at the same time she does her thing and i do mine....you have to find that balance between company and private space and if you can then it'll work out fine |

though, the idea of a younger woman with kids could be nice for me once i get empty nest syndrome (my girl is almost 16 and will be going off to college soon)
