...some people suggest that humans are afraid of the unknown, but if it's unknown how is it possible we are afraid of? if we have no idea what is about.
I think that in order to be afraid of something I need to have some knowledge of the thing.
now when I recognize my fear, which means getting knowledgable, there is no other option for me than just face it.

Now my questions are:
why is so hard for people to face their fears?
wouldn't it be easier just face it at once, and be freed from it than living a whole life in misery?

I think people like to have an idea of what they are getting into, rather than just jumping off the cliff and hoping for the best.
