I'm 18 but I don't date guys my age. However, I don't date guys who are old enough to be my uncle either. What age do you guys think is appropriate for an 18-year-old?

age is just a number to me but my prefference would be 18 to 36

at 18 to about 20 i did the 3 up 2 down rule as far as age. 21 i date 18 to 26 or 28. maybe 30 depending on theperson.

my ex wife was 8 years younger then me.......but we were in different parts of our lives.......age really shouldn't matter if you are in love

I dated 15 years older than myself and it worked out fine for 8 years. I was more mature than they were. These are the questions I ask myself: Is the person you are with enjoyable and engaging? Am I attracted to this person? Can they fulfill my needs? Are they to into themselves for me? Do they have good coping skills? Are they head cases? This is a question I don't ask: Are they too old or too young? I certainly could not care less what others felt about the issue. This is my life not theirs.

Age is a number but you are 18 just starting life as a grown woman don't rush into anything you are not ready for! Stay in your own age range 18 to 25.

I have shoes older then 18yrs old... That's why it's 35 and older for me... I say 18 to 20 yrs old is a decent age range. Learn to be your own woman with time, and never from a mans' misconceptions of a woman.

Though I feel I should believe that age does not matter, I know I would say you were dating someone too old if they're 40 or over. It really depends on the people involved, though.

If you are 18 and you date someone older than 24 or 25, trust me it is a serious thing and it rarely if ever works out.
