that i am... i ate real food today for the first day in 3 days.. lol..
it was the best cardboard pizza EVER!!!!!! 
and had a long talk with someone today.... emailed some burning bothersum things.. he called and told me that i gotta learn to talk to him. lol.. smoothd out some rough patches.. still have some HUGE obsticals.. but feelin much better all around!!!

Iz...gonna tell you to use Dyph/Lidocaine/kenalog prescription mixture for your throat...ask your dr its a gargle. I love it. Works for me everytime. I used it last two days and my throat is better. It keeps forever.
I know you have strep but it can be used in conjunction with most meds and definately with antibiotics. |

Iz can I offer some advise: Be open and honest..dont let things bottle up, cause then they come out all wrong or get taken wrong. Know your expectations and express them genuinely. |

Know your expectations and express them genuinely. but the past is a hard thing to overcome.. and when certian behaviors have been.... "taught" to you... its hard to shake them... example.. when you are "taught" that speaking your mind and expressing your fears will result in holes in walls.. and usualy worse.... its hard to make that go away.... LUCKY for me.. brad understands my past.. and is patient enough to work with me...
