sounds to me like a restraining order should be put in place... on both of them.... cause they may not of verbaly threatened your childrens life but physicaly did threaten their life.... and yes she had something to do with it gimme a break!!! she continues to have something to do with it as long as she stays with that guy and choose him in her life rather the safty of the children

Ok folks, update time.
I went to the friend of court today (court office that deals with custody and visitation etc.). They would not let me see a judge today because i did not have a lawyer.
However, they did state that I can legally deny her visitation and contact until a decision has been made. They also stated that if she tries anything at the border tomorrow when I leave for new york, her "a$$" will go to jail. Thats a direct quote too.
So I filed the paperwork asking for an order of no contact between her and us (me and the children), and now have to wait up to three weeks for a decision to be made. So keep us in your prayers, please.

On a side note, my blood pressure spiked today at 169/91. the 91 is actually ten points low from my normal, but my normal top number is 140. This is another result of dealing with my ex.
