ME TOO!  It doesn't help when there are those that push like there won't be a tomorrow.  I tried explaining, there is not point in meeting unless I have a burning desire to do so because I love everything about them up to date. If I can sit back and think, "nah, this one doesn't do it for me.." -then why bother?!?!  I am only confident in those photos cause I'm at home(ALONE)  I have only meet 3 in person; 2 of which turned out to be GREAT friends. Been online for 1 1/2 years. Pissed a lot of guys off because I refused to meet |

Just think about how much you could be losing out on..being shy...it might be hard the first time or 2 but just gather all your courage and take the leap to be outgoing..I promise it will pay off!

The way I get over my shyness is just think of it as doing your job.. I'm still shy, I've always been friendly & able to talk to people if it not somebody that's looking at me as a individual.
(if that makes sense) In general public. For job I would have to deal with people, going to their parties & around a crowd of their friends. So I learned to put on my happy face & be friendly. I just get that mind set meeting guys This is me you'll either like me for me or don't.. no sweat off my ***** |

I wish people hadn't waited until my senior year of high school to tell me that. And there are some people that view shy people as snobs, when that's usually not the case. |
