Stick it out, I know thats rare these days, financial status of someone you love should make no difference!!  Marry Me? You said you were going to marry me !

and found out that financially it wasnt working out because he/she has bad credit and is in debt and his/her past is affecting everything in your life now....would you divorce or stick it out? (FYI: This is not a personal question ....just a general one..thanks!)  I run to find a lawyer and a good one too .She can ruin her life but not mine as well .  .

If you really love that person then you would stick it out regardless of financials. My parents are like this. My mom's credit sux ass and my dad's was the best, but when they got married my dad got screwed. They are still together after 10 years even though they have rough patches they still love each other because money doesn't make love.
