MB~ Maybe you should just tell someone there who you've been dealing with that you know you are coming across as intense, but don't mean to, that you are striving to get the job done and done RIGHT, so to please forgive you if you come off as uptight, that when you feel more like you are in the swing of things, they'll get to see how fun you can be. I hope that's possible there.

feel like crap in my new job¡¡ , am to serious with everyone , why is so hard to me making friends¡¡¡ they think that am angry because of my face , its seems like am mad or upset , but am not its just that i feel so insecure and alone , I tend to be the same way with people at my job. first I made an effort myself to try to be a little more friendly. Once I tried to be helpful with coworkers and clients things got much better for me. A smile goes a long way as well. When your insecure and alone don't be afraid to reach out and ask for help. Be happy instead of mad and upset. Next time you go into work have a positive attitude, smile, and be helpful to those around you and things will start to get better.

Just be patient and get to know everyone.
