so i recently got some bad news. i don't know really what to do. i'm still in shock. it hurts to lose someone that you were close with, or felt like you were close with. my friend recently died. i've known her for so long, and then yesterday i get the news. grrr... i know that i will be okay in time and that i will get through this.

I have lost many loved ones the last 2 years, its tough but you will get through it!! There are MANY fine people on here to lean on, I know I have done it!!!

Time helps, but so does getting together with some other people that knew the person also. Laugh, Live, and Love and it will get easier. (P.S. Just picture slapping the peoples face who have told you the same thing, and they will wonder what your smiling about. lol.)

Sorry for your loss. But it will get better in time. Like they said here, there are a lot of nice people here that will help you through it if you give them a chance.
