Topic: I've had really bad insomnia lately...

go to bed!!! Actually.........insomnia can be a symptom of many things.......like kidney disease for one......... I find that sometimes I cant sleep because something is bothering me........ Is something bothering you??? hi Gypsy were you going to the Sturgis rally

I had two tumors taken out of my left leg. Hope you are OK! Sleepytime Celestial Seasoning tea, or Chamomile... lay down, close your eyes, start at your toes, relax them (sounds weird I know) then your feet, relax them, then your ankles, calves, knees, thighs...really focus on it...all the way up to the top of your head. I'm usually out by the time I get to my hands

Most of them are very small though. i'm sorry...i have a friend that has something like that, but his get pretty big ... i had one removed from my chest when i was 6 and held a mirror and watched from beginning to end...i still have a scar

I was very scared beforehand. I wanted to be totally knocked out, lol.

I had two tumors taken out of my left leg. and how are you doin now ? Fantastic. I have to walk with a walker for another two weeks or so. My recovery has gone very well so far. thats great!!

No... I think it's because I've been taking painkillers for the past couple weeks because I had surgery... and I'm not taking them anymore. When I was taking them, all I did was sleep. Now that I'm not taking them, I can't sleep. Gosh. Your body is going through a shock so too speak, it will subside.

I thought I heard you were going was not sure if it was you...I 'm living here just 20 mile away from Sturgis.. i heard it is a big JSH get together I dont know about being a big jsh get together but ya we are meeting some jshers there.......you wanna meet up? go to the sturgis thread and talk to longhairbiker......he is making all arrangements!!

actually studies have shown that people sleep better with someone they care about layin next to them. find a cuddle buddy.

Unless you have to be somewhere the next day, Insomnia should not be something to stress about. I get "insomnia" all the time, but for me it's more like I sleep when I'm tired and is awake when I'm not, so I can never be sure when I will be out and about.
