I try not to ever take stuff unless its really bad. Zicam is what you are talking about I think. It never has helped me. I had strep from my daughter for 6 weeks once before I went to the doctor, he said doesnt that really hurt. I said no just sore throat that wont go away. he just shook his head. I was to busy.

Yep, eat oranges/grapefruits. Drink orange juice. Vitamin C is the key. Zicam works better if you're already hopped up on OJ. Not the killer, the drink.
