I've not given up, I'm just taking a break. I know there is somewhere out there for me. I thought I found someone online, but I don't know if anything will ever come of it. It can be discouraging, maddening, depressing... But the payoff in the end is all worth it if you find the right person. Hope springs eternal if only you let it. In the meanwhile spend some time here in the forums. Here is where you find out what everyone is REALLY like, not what they say they're like in their profiles.

Am I the only one that is tired of browsing through countless profiles and on that rare occassion seeing one that interests you only to notice that they live halfway across the universe and/or you don't fit into thier "requirements"? Maybe it's my age. I'm 29 and all the good women my age are married or engaged or not worth talking to it seems, so I go to the mall and find myself staring at teenagers which just makes me feel even older and like a pervert . Or I go to the bar and it's pretty much the same. Either they're married, have boyfriends or just aren't there to meet guys.Or is it just me? (And I know some smartass is going to say its just me)lol
This is worst than lotto If you get disappointed so fast I have no solution for you as for 1/2 way across the universe? I tell you if you move there she moves to where you are trust me keep hacking away bit at a time you may crack it someday  Now where did I leave that peak axe.

I'm on the west coast...Los Angeles...and its no different here....sometimes the harder you try the less you find....that's why i list myself as looking for friends.....no pressure with finding friends & then sometimes i'm surprised where it leads too.... |
