Isn't that what the shin-kicking is for?- You wear the opponent down by kicking them in the shins... they drop to their knees screaming, "PLEASE STOP KICKING ME IN THE SHINS!!!" while you wind 'er up and let loose with the coup de grais... the uber-devastating espadrille sent to the family jewels at high velocity. They shoulda made that a fatality in those "Mortal Kombat" games.
