Okay, so I woke up this morning with a major bear hug on my pillow and feeling kind of lonely. I�ve been thinking about it all day and realized how much I really missed waking up with that special someone sleeping on my chest with my arm around her... I could just lay there for hours watching her sleep while I ran my fingers through her hair... Damn that was awesome...
Just to make it clear, I'm not looking for sympathy or anything, this is intended to be a purely rhetorical post. I think I really just needed to tell someone what I am feeling rather than keep it all inside. Since you are all my family in a way I decided to tell you. Maybe some of you feel the same way about things, maybe some of you don't, that's fine. I will likely be posting several more of these tonight every now and then. Feel free to comment on my post or talk about things you guys miss as well. Maybe we can learn something about each other in the process or help each other deal with past relationships.  |

I miss turning around and someone actually being there. I miss having someone to tell how my day went and hear how their was too. I miss eating dinner with someone at home. I miss just hearing noises in the house that say someone is there and I'm not all alone in this world. I miss waking up to a smile and a kiss. I miss kissing someone goodbye when they leave, or I do. I miss giving up what I was going to do today to go fishing with my guy.
I miss bumping into someone in the bathroom when we're scrambling to be late starting our days...cause we stayed in bed too long.  I miss being held and feeling loved.

No, it's not you...I think we all have these feelings we lock away in us sometimes because they are painful...stuff like this helps us get by...kind of healthy, actually.... SURE! I miss the smell of my special someone. I miss his voice, his laugh, his stories that I could, and did listen to all night long. I miss hugs, kisses, cuddles, I miss cooking for him, bathing him, holding him, singing to him, loving him. I miss how he made me feel and how I made him glow when I entered the room. I miss lying on his chest and hearing his heartbeat. I miss not having enough money to go Anywhere, but being content to build a fire, pop popcorn, have wine and make love. I miss talks til all hours of the night. I miss love for him and his love for me.
